Problems with the phone system - 14th Colony still alive and doing well

When attempting to check my phone messages I was informed thatthe number I had dialed was “disconnected or no longer in service”. This seems odd to me as I just paid the bill yesterday and it isn’t due until next week.
I have been trying to get through to my phone company only to be routed through endless phone trees that don’t go through to actual humans. Trying to contact my local branch just kicked me to a voice mail box that is already full. And the website does not list any additional contact information - even via email!
I am diligently working to resolve the issue but for now email is the best way to contact 14th Colony.
This is an incredibly frustrating situation for me. Please be tolerant as I resolve it. Thank you for your understanding and continued patience.
In the mean time this seems like an excellent example of poor branding. With a slogan like “Permission to speak freely” you’d really think that applied to the company that provides the service, wouldn’t you?
Update: I can now check voice mail which I check regularly so some progress has been made!
